From our location it is only 3 km to the “Toskana Therme” thermal spa in Bad Sulza. Attractive throughout all seasons and also an ideal starting point for appealing hiking tours in the hilly country side of the “Tuscany of the East”. Explore medieval castles in the surrounding areas or the rich history and cultural events in the cities of Weimar, Jena, Erfurt and Naumburg. Visit the “Willow Rod Palace” in Auerstedt or the Wineries in the area.
The excavations in Nebra or the sun observatory in Goseck are other witnesses of the long history of human settlements and activities in this part of Germany.
